Fahad Al-Menayes is a visionary technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise IT operations, architectural development, and data optimization. He excels in leading cross-functional teams and integrating cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance data security, streamline operations, and drive innovation. Known as a seasoned team builder, Fahad consistently fosters high-performance cultures of excellence.

After graduating from Monmouth University, USA, with a B.S. in Computer Science & Math (1994) and an M.S. in Software Engineering (1999), Fahad began his professional journey at 3Com Corporation in the United States, where he managed system test teams and contributed to product quality through testing and documentation. This early international experience laid the foundation for his leadership approach and deep technical expertise.

Upon returning to Kuwait, Fahad took on progressively senior roles across the banking and technology sectors. He served as Manager ISP at QualityNet, then as Manager of IT Technical Support at Burgan Bank, and later as Executive Manager of Technical Support & System Operations at Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait. His leadership expanded further at Burgan Bank Kuwait, where he rose to AGM IT Operations and ultimately CITO, overseeing the complete IT Group, shaping the bank’s IT strategy, and achieving ISO 20000 certification.

In 2017, Fahad was appointed CEO of the Credit Information Network Company (CiNet), where he developed a 5-year strategy, automated loan origination applications, and drove compliance with ISO 27001, IFRS 9, and IFRS 16, resulting in substantial net profit growth.
