In accordance with the Risk Management Plan for 2024-2025, we were pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) workshop for ITS-Egypt. Led by Mr. Ali Makkaoui, Manager of Risk Management, and in coordination with sector heads and our Risk Champions, the workshop equipped our leadership with essential RCSA methodologies and tools.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged deeply in risk identification, control assessment, and action plan formulation, fostering a proactive risk management culture. With this achievement, we are confident in enhancing our organisational resilience and meeting our risk management objectives for the year.
