After a full day focused on growth, results, recognition, and the goals ahead, we closed our Sales Kick-Off meeting with something we consider just as critical to performance: team alignment.
Guided by Tania Stephan (Leadership & Workplace Happiness Consultant | Speaker & Facilitator | Activating Engagement, Energy & Sustainable Performance | Neuroscience-Informed), the session was designed to move from engagement to execution. It began calmly, with everyone participating from their seats, then built momentum challenge by challenge. By the end, the room was fully energised: teams standing, moving, collaborating fast, and competing with purpose. A strong finish to a meaningful day.
Tania brought a structured, business-relevant approach that turns team dynamics into practical behaviours. The activities were delivered as a progressive journey, including:
– The Unseen Instructions (Drawing the Boat): communication clarity and listening
– The Clue Puzzle (Opening the Lock) and One-Move Triangle Challenge (Chopsticks): collaboration and shared problem-solving
– Rescue the Ship: accountability and decision-making under uncertainty
– The Longest Connection (Post-It Strip Challenge): alignment and collective contribution
At ITS, these moments are not an add-on. They reflect how we run our annual meetings: aligned with our values, designed to strengthen trust and collaboration across markets, and built to support a culture of innovation, growth, and team spirit.
Because sustainable results come from teams that are connected, clear, and ready to deliver together.
More highlights from the week, including awards and key moments, will be shared in upcoming posts.
